Why is the Free tier so limited?
CloudFran AI Presentations isn't a slide-making tool — it's a deal-closing system with prospect capture, audience intelligence, and cross-tenant intelligence. The Free tier lets you test the generation engine with one deck, but closing templates, analytics, and prospect capture are paid features because that's where the revenue comes from. Most users upgrade within a week of signing up.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free trial requires no credit card. For paid plans, you get a 14-day trial and we only charge after it ends.
Where's the API?
API access is Enterprise-tier only and is priced based on usage — starting at $2,500/month for programmatic deck generation. This is not listed on the standard tiers because competitors would use low-cost API access to scrape the engine. If you need API access, contact

What happens when I exceed my monthly deck limit?
You can either upgrade to a higher tier or pay per additional deck (overage rates: $5 for Free/Standard, $3 for Professional, $2 for Business). No service disruption.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, and all your decks remain accessible.
Do the voices cost extra?
No. All 8 narration voices (British, American, Spanish, Mandarin, French, South African — in native languages) are included in every paid tier. Free tier gets British + American voices only.
