Troubleshooting

Share link not working ▶

Verify the presentation is published (not draft). Check that the share link was copied correctly. If using email gate, ensure the viewer is entering a valid, non-disposable email.

Analytics not showing ▶

Audience analytics require Professional plan or above. Data appears after the first viewer completes a viewing session (they must view at least one slide for data to register).

PDF export quality issues ▶

Try the high-res export option for print-quality output. Note that animations and interactive elements are not included in PDF exports by design.
